  • TBP Ticker

Hi Guest,

In our efforts to raise funds for USF Football, the site is giving away a football season full of ad-free surfing at The Bulls Pen.

Would you consider buying a ticket or two to the raffle that will award this to you or a fellow member of the board?

Each ticket purchase goes directly to our effort to raise $10K in "fan money" for the program.  Below is the link:

Thank you,

Why is Wisconsin a good team?

Recommended Posts

The question was Why is Wisconsin a Good Team.

Now, in comparison, our OL is weak.  We do have a good running back, receivers are athletic, but not one on the roster has done anything to speak of on the field yet in his career.  Especially, catch the ball consistently.

We have a good TE.

DC is a big question mark. OC has never coached at this level.

So many question marks. Looks like maybe a .500 team.

I predict Wisconsin goes 10-2 regular season, wins the conference, gets a NY6 bowl game, and has a finishing record of 12-2

They are well coached on both sides of the ball...they are very fast and disciplined on defense....they might have one of the best OL/DL in the country...their qb makes the right decision throwing the ball, doesn't force the ball into coverage...these things will allow for a very good football team...

Possible your team looked the part if they can stay healthy.

Last team that whipped us that bad was Arkansas that was in SEC championship game that year.

Our stinky offense made Wisconsin look good in comparison.

Because they are a program with a concrete identity and they know how to recruit and develop guys to fit that identity. You don't turn out NFL players with the consistency that they do without being good at developing guys.

That would suck to win the Conference Championship and not make the playoffs, but other than that - PERFECT!
