Why is Wisconsin a good team?

I keep seeing posts and articles talking about how good of a team they are and I just don't see why. They have a great RB sure, but I think we are giving them too much credit. USF has just played very, very soft teams.

2018 Wisconsin wins: WKU, New Mexico, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Rutgers, Perdue and Miami

Iowa and Miami are the only teams they beat with a winning record. Miami was a bowl game, so they beat one team with a winning record during the season.

I don't think they will be the best team we see this season unfortunately.

Go back to the year before they won 13 games.

Teams can get better also...it happens. Not at Usf usually but other places.

The qb was ok...if that area improves with the receivers they have that will be a formidable offense.

Compared to last year this UW team is healthy and now with a better QB. The QB started the last 5 games I believe last season and he is gaining more confidence in their offense. They have a lot of speed at WR, a good TE and a running game that never stops. If their D can stay healthy they will be competing for a Big 10 title

Not here realistically because there has never been a legitimate OL over the last few seasons.

Yes, I do.

I replied to "They have a lot of speed at WR, a good TE and a running game that never stops. If their D can stay healthy they will be competing." My post was, "Where have I heard this before???????" Then  7overlord came back with, "Not here realistically because there has never been a legitimate OL over the last few seasons." To which I  copied and pasted SEVEN pages of how much bigger and stronger our OL is supposed to be.

You just happen to be the one to post the article.

All starts up front. Their center is an Ouland Trophy candidate. Their RB is a legit Heisman candidate. Their defense was solid.

They also have top level coordinators that understand how to put a proper game plan together and adjust when needed.

When you have good leadership and great players that can execute you will have a good team.
