We shall see how this plays out but I highly doubt it he stays if the wheels fall off the program. Less than six and he is gone...

That's why I have optimism about our long term prospects, because we have him in our camp. Short term - is totally up in the air, as we all know. What does that have to do with creating and sustaining one? Its a fair point, we don't know anything for sure. There are no facts to back it up. He does have a history of showing his leadership abilities by helping bring the Super Bowl and Final Four to Tampa Bay. He also worked under Lee Roy Selmon. He has connections across College Football and that can only help us. I can tell you that I feel a hell of a lot better with him in charge than many of our past AD's we have had. Its hard to explain, he just seems to have that "IT" factor. Do have concerns about Kelly. If you do, why? 41 minutes ago, Rizman said: That is hilarious Life is better when you can laugh a little! I like the guy he seems nice my concern is his experience level and I don’t think he is capable of making tough decisions because he seems very cooperate and says things like keep calm and play to your strengths. Like I said, we really don't know anything for sure. But he has shown that he can lead and seems like a straight up guy. I just feel like we could have done a lot worse. But I get that he has never proved himself in this specific role (yet). But he has always succeeded in every position he has had. I edited my post above about some of the things he has done (which has already been well documented). But I hear ya, we are so beaten down as a fan base, its like show us and then we will believe it! If we can keep this within 10 and still score some points then I think we have a chance to get to 2-2 and catch our breath a little.
