They're one of Tech's biggest strengths and they held Trevor Lawrence to a very pedestrian performance (13-23 168yds 1td 2int). They played man press all day which makes it more impressive. Blake and the receivers already going to to have to be VERY sharp to be effective. Tech got shredded on the ground so hopefully the running game shows up this weekend or we will be playing right into their strength.
Guest Jonesy Bull
If thats the case maybe we should go run heavy and surprise them periodically with a throw over the top. But like always the OL is going to to have to be good. Question is do they have that in them? I didnt see any of GTs game. What did their offense look like. Obviously our D is a big concern as well. Why would Clemson go away from what was working?

If the offense struggles our defense can't be on the field forever they will score. Edited September 2, 2019 by Bulls On Parade
Guest Jonesy Bull
Again them getting crushed on the ground by Clemson doesnt tell us anything about what we will be able to do against them. But at least it gives the coaches some idea where they might be vulnerable. Everybody would agree that we are no Clemson.

We're going to have issues passing and Blake better be careful with the ball. Edited September 2, 2019 by Bull Dozer
