The players are just never prepared, if only there was someone who’s job it was to fix that.

Yeah, not sure why he keeps coming out and telling us that our team was unprepared yet again.  I don't think I would be telling my boss that I (or my people) didn't do their job again.  Odd career strategy.

Let's see how this season plays out.  I'm not ready to drop the blade on CCS yet, but a little regret and ownership of the problem would buy a longer reprieve from me.
