I think this team isnt quite as bad as we saw but not quite as good as many thought before season.

We shall see how it plays out.

Sarcasm. I had visions of McDoom catching passes in space and outrunning everyone. Now all I can think of is an underthrown ball bouncing off his hands. Cronkrite having space to run? Nope. Brick wall at the line of scrimmage every time. Hopefully Ford and Wilcox will be a factor going forward. The offense looks to have a long way to go before they are really in sync, and the defense, while improved, might not be able to win the game for us at GT. GT is in transition on offense, but they look further along than we are. The losing streak will probably hit eight games before a closer than expected win over SC State. From there, who knows....

Which is sad because the transition is bigger for them.

SC State whooped up on a decent opening opponent.  That's going to be a tough game.

We got plenty of bull crap in Texas NEB and I am closer,  I can deliver the goods, I really hope I will not have to but will secure the goods just in case.
