We got beat by a much better team.  Next up GT.

Lots of folks drank the Kool aide some here were selling all off season so here they are. Wisconsin doing what they did to us was always a very likely scenario for this game. We never have been good at stopping power run offenses and they crank out NFL linemen and running backs like it's no big deal. They are about as bad of a match up as you could give us, let alone week 1

We were the only g5 school to not score a point in week 1 and 1 of 2 in all of d1 to not score a point. The other team was liberty and they are independent

And their coach was in the hospital. 😂😂

Next up is also a running team.  45 rushes vs the #1 team in the land.  Better figure it out quick or it will be the same outcome.

CBs play man all day and load the box.

We shall see.

Go Bulls!

Yes but big difference is GT doesnt have the huge and good linemen Wisconsin has.

Last year they ran well cause of the option.  Though the still appear to use it on occasion.

This game is on the offense...we gotta score points to have a shot.

Luckily we have a solid foundation of scoring points from the first game to build off of.

They do run the heck out of it but they're no Wisconsin thankfully. Gotta get the offense on track too or it won't matter how good we do against the run. They may not be elite but that's a defense full of P5 athletes

This post is spot on!

I was one that drank the Kool Aid.  Unfortunately, i think it was shipped straight from Jonestown!

Many of us thought that there would be a leaning curve and things might start off rocky but we would get much better as the season moves along......lets hope thats the case or we will be looking forward to BB season pretty soon.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
