First year Flowers wasn't our starter. 

When Flowers did get in as a freshman we were running spread concepts.  Poorly, but there. 

1st four games the GCO was fully implemented, but CWT had the guys handcuffed. The players asked for the WHOLE offense and boom Syracuse.  

Stop revising history to make it seem Taggart was a terrible coach for us. He wasn't. Do we ALL wish he would have stayed longer? YES. 

How it went down with Taggart is how it always needs to go down for us until something changes.

That was Cincinnati for a moment there and the forgot that. Looks like they found their next young hungry coach.

Who is we? Who is fixing it? Have you not seen the last 3 seasons where this team has systematically regressed?  What in the last three years do you see where something is going to change? The lights are on but nobody is home at Charlie’s house. He has no clue. He said he made changes to conditioning and bright in new o coordinator.  He is a defense guy and they are getting worse every year. He is past his prime.  Maybe he will surprise but excuse me if my hopes have been dashed by Mr Chuckles. Show me!

Dan Hawkins was promoted from offensive coordinator to head coach where he compiled a 53–11 record as Boise State's head coach, including a 37–3 record in WAC competition with four straight WAC titles.

Following Hawkins' departure, offensive coordinator Chris Petersen was promoted to head coach. Under Petersen, Boise State recorded two undefeated seasons, three undefeated regular seasons, and reached the Bowl Championship Series twice.

 Bryan Harsin returned to his alma mater from Arkansas State as Petersen's replacement. Harsin had been an assistant for the Broncos under Petersen and was co-offensive coordinator. In his first season in 2014, they went 10–2 in the regular season and won the Mountain West Championship Game, defeating Fresno State 28–14. This was Boise State's first outright Mountain West Conference championship. The Broncos faced the Arizona Wildcats in the Fiesta Bowl and won 38–30 for a 12–2 record and were ranked fifteenth in both major polls.

Face it, we're stuck with re-treads trying to rejuvenate their career or an unproven new coach whose vision might not translate to the next level.  Either way, you're hitting the re-start button.  Probably doesn't really matter at this point.  Having to buy out Strong and then pay another coach is counter-productive when we're still trying to raise money for an IPF.  I can see if donors / boosters were jumping out of the woodwork to throw money at USF Athletics, but it's not the case.

Boise has an identity and they’re loyal to it...USF on the other hand has no identity.
