Why is it that other teams in our conference can go out and hire top coaches from P5 teams while we get a DC that at best is a CUSA level position coach and a D2 coach as an OC. 

There is something to be said about understanding how championship teams prepare and go about their business. 

We prepare and play like a lower level teams. 

Strong don't get it.
