I am going to guess zero dollars are being wagered by him and on the off chance that he is betting I will go out on a limb and guess he isn't teasing the line for a big payout on his inevitable blow out prediction. Running your mouth on the internet is free, thank G-d!

I think Wisconsin wins handily and easily.

However a USF win would be nowhere near "one of the biggest upsets in college football in a very long time."
