 I would hope we can still play on Friday night, but its cutting it close if there is a possibility of a storm on the East Coast of FL at 8am Saturday. I'm thinking we should be fine, but who knows.

Unless it speeds up in a hurry, doubtful it will impact our game any more than typical August weather would.

Unless it speeds up or unexpectedly strengthens, this will be a non-issue. At 8 am on Saturday the storm should still be almost 400 miles from Tampa.

It is currently moving west at 14mph. Storms like this don't typically speed up, if anything it will slow down as it hits land. Spaghetti models have it landing somewhere near the west palm area, which is 206 miles from us. If the storm continued moving at 14mph, we would have 14 hours from when it landed before it were to hit us. That should be plenty of time for it to not affect the game.

And remember, our winds will be shifting and blowing in from the west. Dorian is a non factor.

Its not going to be a huge problem for anybody in Florida being just a Tropical Storm, UNLESS it unexpectedly strengthens before landfall, which this time of year is certainly possible.

The Media will over-hype it for us, like they usually do.

As an actual storm chaser affiliated with skywarn this will not be a factor on game day.
