Am I going to lose sleep over it? No. Honestly, I guess I should not be surprised. The marketing department has dropped the ball for years.

I don't think they dropped the ball on this, just overestimated the common sense/critical thinking abilities of ALL of our fanbase ....

How many people does anyone honestly believe got an insert in something mailed to them, wrote it on a paper calendar and then showed up months later with zero follow up?

I think this is a great idea, and if successful, I would love to see it expand down into Manatee County, which is where I live.  As it stands, I am going to try to make it out to Pier60 in Clearwater Beach for the rally on September 13th.  I  hope alot of Bulls fans attend these rallies.

Honestly, if the new announcement indicated a change in the schedule I would have no beef. My issue is completely ignoring the info that was sent out in advance. Unprofessional in my opinion. Just not how I would expect them to do business. Am I going to lose sleep over it? No. Honestly, I guess I should not be surprised. The marketing department has dropped the ball for years.

THE major problem is simply communication between departments.

This has been problem #1 since day #1

Agreed, it is not the biggest screw up in the history of USF. That being said if you put out a schedule and then change it at least indicate that changes were made. Seems like they just hoped nobody would notice. I am responsible at work for scheduling and end up having to Amend things every so often, I always send an Amended schedule.
