A lot of us complain about attendance and lack of support for the Bulls. However, we can all do our part to try and draw in the casual fan. If anyone was at the Georgia Tech game last year they HAD to have a great time.

I think Wisconsin will be similar. That is why I'm suggesting you drag some friends/neighbors/co-workers with you to the game. I'm bringing 4 friends and anywhere from 2 to 5 neighbors, only 4 from the group have ever attended a USF game before. All of them are college football and tailgating fans. For some of them, USF may become their second team and they might even go to a few games here and there.

Been doing the extra ticket thing for years.  Kind of paid off this year when we were about to drop 2 tickets and one couple picked them up.

You're lucky... I had a nearly impossible time finding people to use my extra tickets regularly - even when USF was fun to watch under Taggart before he bolted.

One game I threw away FIVE tickets.

There may have been a time or two when we didn't use our extras like Labor Day weekend games vs crappy opponents.  But mostly were able to fill them. I do know that I would have the ticket scanner scan any unused tickets just to screw with Joey.

I haven't had a very difficult time getting people to use extras. For this particular game, I am actively recruiting people to attend and buy their own tickets. I'm hosting the tailgate and providing food and beverages, but I am getting people to commit to purchasing tickets on their own. This is only the second or third time I have been able to do so in recent years. The bigger named opponents make this possible. No one I know would do it for USF v. SMU without a free ticket, but I can convince them to drop $30 for Wisconsin.
