I'd rather it be "plays like a McCants", man I'm gonna miss that kid.

Well, without a doubt it's now Macon. How he performs in his first game in years will have a huge impact on this game.

Yeah I loved watching McCants trucking corners or dragging them ha.

If he plays even half is good he will be fun to watch.

Yeah... National Junior College player of the year. I hate that guys get hurt, but I'm not upset he broke his foot last season and was unable to participate.  We got the type of LB we've always wanted.  I think this guy is going to be a tackling machine.  I would not be shocked if it''s him and Sawtelle to starting.

speaking of tackling machine...I was watching some old highlights the other night and....Tyrone McKenzie!  Fun to watch!

Macon and Sails have the most pressure on them to perform at a very high level, immediately. They will have to be our best playing transfers for us to have a chance to win this one.

Macon obviously now has the most pressure on him. While Wisconsin doesn’t throw a ton, Sails can be a big help in allowing us to commit an extra DB to the box.

I still think Studstill plays a large role in this game as the box safety. We will need our safeties to tackle well to keep those 7-8 yards runs from turning into explosive plays. I think we will find ourselves holding our breath and saying “thank god he made that tackle” quite often.
