Yup he was verbaled to us for a while then flipped to Miami when Dugans went there the flipped again to Tennessee. I liked his ability coming out of high school but he made virtually no impact at Tennessee. Doesn't hurt to kick the tires and take a flyer on him at a relatively deep position group. Low risk high reward.

Technically, he came here from Independent Community College:

PRIOR TO USF: Transferred from Tennessee to Independence (Kan.) Community College prior to spring practice in 2019…

I know this has been explained in here but how does this work? He goes to ICC, gets an AA degree and then comes here and immediately eligible?

I dont see that he had any catches at Independence Community College last year.

If he can tackle maybe get gets on the field for special teams.
