Ouch.....dissing our good friends to the North.

They dig there basketball up there now.  Who would have ever thought they would get an NBA title before an NHL title (in recent times).

I always use that with my friends from Canada and I have a lot as I live 5 hours from the border. Toronto is a huge city but Montreal is more fun. NHL will always be king (as well as Jr hockey) but that NBA Title will resonate for years.

Ive been to Montreal but not Toronto.....had a great time, lots of very nice people .....no doubt Hockey is like a religion for them.

Canada will always be special to me for giving my kids their favorite Christmas song ....
