I also didn't make it to the Dugout that many times but always enjoyed it when I went.  Good food and fun Bulls fan fraternization.

Always loved this event.  I made it to almost all of them.  I have a huge appreciation for Mutt and co. Who made this happen so many times.  If anything, I’d just say “thank you” for all the great Bullsrally experiences that I’ve enjoyed.  That being said, I think I will go up to capogna’s soon for a pizza and some beer to celebrate the coming season.  It’s a great place to go.

I understand I'm coming to this party a bit late, but I don't see "why" this is not moving forward and happening just like in years past?

Seemed like a solid grass roots event and something that should continue.

my guess is the Athletic Department or Football Staff.

I agree if it's something that simple. But I would think Michael Kelly at the very least could be had. Maybe Joey Knight or another local sports guy would show up to answer questions. My guess is the "problem" is something different than this though.
