Perfect! Now I have a TE and a slot guy that I'm going to force you to cover. I'll even let you choose between man and zone. BTW, I've got a guy outside that's kinda fast...

Good luck effectively moving the ball between the chains in 3 downs. I am going to bend, but not break. Your offense is new, players are going to be confused and/or make mistakes. WR and TE will run the wrong routes. The timing on throws will be off. The RBs will miss blocking assignments, as will O-linemen. My point is that you don't want to get beat by explosive plays. I will take my chances with forcing the offense to be efficient in order to be effective and, the first game of the season and the first game with a new offense, that will be difficult to do.

This offense will go as the offensive line goes...

RIP Blake.

After watching some of the Valdosta State D2 Championship game, it looks like the QB does a fair bit of running in this scheme. I hope McCloud is ready to go.

Blake has bulked up 15 more pounds. Don’t know if that takes his speed away but he could be tough to bring down.

This.  All the creativity in the world wont matter unless the OT's have taken a big step forward since last season.   Hard to do much when there is a DE or LB in your chest as soon as you hit the top of your drop.

I’m not sure why the new staff insists on having Atterbury at OT. He’s a serviceable OG, and I didn’t think Jennings did an awful job at tackle last year.

This.  I'm hoping him or the staff have an Epiphany in August.

What you may not see is that the playcalling will inherently make the OLine better...when the defense is confused and DOESNT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE RUNNING things get a tad bit easier on the Oline...

Listening to Mitch Wilcox on Tuesday he said this offense will always have one player open to pass to. He also said that there are multiple shifts by the WRs and everything is on the table each passing down.

I think this office is going to be better than any of us could have predicted.

I feel the same way however going from A$$ to world class is a quantum leap.  I am more optimistic than ever with the players and the offense, and we are playing a good team but not Alabama, they are in for a huge surprise.
