What an awesome looking rib roast.  Rub with EVOO, Montreal steak seasoning, rosemary and garlic cook at 325 till internal temp is 120.  Yummy!

What I recommend is to open a club....now, people say they don't get as much traffic, but either do lightly commented specialty boards.  But, we could agree to visit the clubs.  This gives the club owner full control of the discussion.
