Good scoop Rizman!

 

A four month turnaround time may just be for the practice facility, while the auxiliary buildings are built. Either way based on the initial rendering and concept it will be the nicest IPF in the state.

Yep, that is what I heard while meeting with folks at the Athletic department.  Oh, and  they said they can finish it by August.  At least so they can start using some of the space.

True you could do just the Pre-engineered Metal Building portion in 4 months which would be the actual field and practice facility but the offices would likely take a couple of months longer.
