As Shane himself said, he’s there to throw strikes and work deeper into games. If he does that, he’s going to be fine.

From what I hear, the paper had to tone down his real response in order to make it more “reader friendly.”

Wow, he could have went 8 in his last start. He is looking like a pitcher instead of a thrower and its paying off.

It's almost like walking less guys allows him to throw less pitches and get deeper into games.
