So... We lost most of our o line recruits... Good that this isn't an area of immediate need. Smh. At least our hc is hard at work recruiting.

I expected to lose some of Charlie's children that he wanted to  mentor and a father figure to. Hopefully CJS can recruit the area of needs and find players to fit his system.

It's kind of a head scratcher.  It's like they paid no attention to how the season turned out.  Is a father figure more important than success?  We probably don't need players satisfied with mediocrity.

This is hard for me to understand too. If he isn’t willing to recruit now what’s the point? To make Clemsons loss feel better? The guy can’t have one foot in and one out. I have mixed feelings about this situation.

The dead period started today.  There can be no contact with recruits.  Unless you have evidence to the contrary, I'm going to assume that he had been working on recruiting, as well as evaluating staff, and getting acclimated to USF.

Again, starting today, there's nothing he can do in terms of recruiting until January 16, 2020.  So, going to finish the playoff run with Clemson will have no impact on our recruiting.
