I think he likes it because it pushes opponent three point shooters out further.

So both 3 point lines will be on the court? I read that this only affected the men's team.

If true, I think that tape comes in green and would have hoped they would have used that.

I'm guessing any use of tape for the new 3-pt line is a temporary setup until they get the new line installed properly. Any line will do for off-season practice.
