OOC SOS?

P5 teams schedule buy games for wins not OOC SOS.

For that purpose USF would make more sense as a home-and-away series for a P5 program that, is not playing in a holiday tournament or Coaches Classic type of event, than as a buy game.

Tulane and ECU are AAC buy game teams.

I wouldn't schedule them. Schedule home-and-away against other Big East teams, like Villanova, Butler or Xavier, instead.

I wouldn't mind scheduling them, especially if Hurley can get them back on track. Will be interesting to see if Geno's amicable to continuing playing us ......

My guess is that if UCONN wants out before the 27 month notice window (which they obviously do) that playing a certain number of men's and women's basketball games against AAC teams over a period of 3 to 5 years will likely be required. UCONN won't want to pay much more than the $10 million that they will already be obligated to pay on their way out.

I agree.  Lets bring some new blood in.  Im kind of tired of Uconn.....i know we are talking basketball but they never fit our footprint anyway.  They are on an island in the north east.

They have always been a Big East type school until they made the mistake of trying to play big boy football.
