Just curious to see if ya'll had heard anything relating to Bell installing his offensive scheme and how it's being received with the players.

From the interviews in the spring it has been well received...the offense was fairly open in that game as well and they were only a few weeks in...

This is the time of year where the coaches have very little interaction with the team. The strength staff, GAs and some assistant position coaches are the ones who are around.

Majority of the offense has already been issued so to say but hasn’t had much practical application at this point.

Everything looks good and unstoppable on the white board at this time of year.

I could not agree more, I was very encouraged that Barnett, McCloud and the big “O” (aka transfer boy) did not get knocked to the ground once in the spring game.  Some people would say the red jersey had something to do with it however I am not so sure, KB is the bomb!

Did you watch the game? I am sure it had everything to do with the red jersey

If it wasn’t for that red jersey, the training staff would have been really busy with the QBs during the spring game due to how awful that O line is.

I know guys ...a feeble attempt at humor in the off season, appears it fell flat.  I did watch, somebody may have gotten killed without the jersey.  Just piggybacking on to another wise comment, it appears I need to set it up better going forward.

It was installed in the spring... players seem to like it... it has worked everyplace Bell has run it so I'd expect the same here.

You can actually watch the spring game online if you want to see it being ran.

Both tackle spots have me extremely nervous about the sesosn. Especially considering Barnett's pocket presence

The O line has us all nervous, I am much more comfortable with a more agile QB, BB is athletic but still a big target that is bound to take a beating, needs to figure out how to duck some of these big hits.
