Look at Baseball - how much better have we been since the new facility was built?  Also basketball has better facilities than previous years but only now is getting good because we finally have the right coach in place.

Better facilities attract better coaches. I doubt Kingston would have came to USF pre upgrades, same for Gregory. Sometimes you find the right person without them but good facilities give you you a better talent pool to hire from.

Yes im with you that better facilities help.

But if the people in charge have the right connections to get good coaches with promise that facilities will be upgraded in the future.  You can still be successful.

Softball had the worst facilities ive ever seen and we still were very competitive.....Football started in trailers and we were competitive from Day 1.
