No such thing as auto accidents anymore.  The deputy probably was compelled to cite him after the crash of the Versa and Denali which he basically caused (disoriented or not).  Hopefully no one in those cars were hurt, because in today's world, he may be looking at legal issues on top of his own medical issues.  God I hope not, but I've had co-workers get pulled into civil lawsuits for things like this.
