Friscobull will take this one, the stadium is 2 miles from my house and is where the MLS team plays({FCDallas).  Fastest growing city in the nation and a suburb of Dallas, SMU is in Dallas.  A great place to live, cowboys HQ is here, Miltf  Meca, however ****** bowl and the weather in December is cold and rainy.  I would rather buy a plane ticket than pay a $7 Uber for these reasons.

Frisco, TX is a suburb of Dallas.  It is the second fastest growing city in the nation, with a population of 186,000 people.

For comparison, it's nearly twice as large as Brandon, FL (103,000), and almost half as large as the city of Tampa (city population, not metro).

SMU is located in Dallas.

I know this is a joke, but Frisco is about as far away from the border as you can get in Texas.  The median income is $110,000 per household and average home price 500,000.  One the north side of Dallas, it's a stone's throw from Oklahoma.  Frisco is big money Dallas.

Adding over 10k people a year and will eventually eclipse the Tampa population.  However I am doing everything possible to keep the property values down simply by my sheer presence, and my advice is still to not drink the water.

You are so correct..a tongue in cheek moment of frivolity but, thanks for the Texas real estate/demography report. I will watch for Frisco on Life Styles of the Almost Rich and Famous.

We Texans are proud of the state and you don’t mess with Texas.  Btw I have my butler post from time to time under my name so if there is ever a post that is asinine  than it was probably him. The moral of this tired topic is that the Frisco Bowl is absolute straight smelly shat that I could walk to the game but have chosen not too in the past, would rather watch reruns of impractical jokers.
