Bulls Host Dolphins in Final Midweek Game
USF took 2-of-3 at UConn for a big series win last weekend

TAMPA, May 13, 2019 – The USF baseball team begins its final week of the regular season with a four-game homestand that opens Tuesday nightagainst Jacksonville.

The Bulls (25-25, 7-15 The American) enter the final week tied with Wichita St. for the final spot in the American Athletic Conference Championships in Clearwater, May 21-26. USF and the Shockers will play in the final weekend series next week beginning Thursday night

USF took 2-of-3 at UConn over the weekend. The pitching was solid, as the starters went at least 6.0 innings in all three games. Senior righty Alec Wisely (Jacksonville, Fla.) was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday. He pitched 7.0 innings against the Huskies in the final game of Saturday’s doubleheader, surrendering one run on four hits.

We can finish anywhere from 5-9. If we sweep WSU and we get a lot of help we could get up to the 5 line. For this to happen ucf, Memphis, and uconn would have to get swept this weekend. Ucf plays Houston, Memphis plays ecu, and uconn plays Tulane. 8 looks most likely with a series win but it is still possible but unlikely for us to get to the 5 line
