When you schedule far out, you simply have to have something like this in the contract: Cancel (not mutual) - big buyout Postpone (mutual) - no issues Postpone (not mutual) - small buyout if done at least 24 months in advance, medium buyout if done 12-24 months in advance, no postpone in last 12 months. Yes it is reality. No, that's opinion ..... with no basis in reality. We had more than 15K for Ga Tech. Common sense says that bigger schools would bring at least 5K by themselves.
