Good for him. Nothing lost dipping his toe in the water.

Agreed.  The feedback will be good to get.

I would think so, otherwise he probably would have hired an agent......he still has some growing to do and the feedback that he gets from the process will be great for him, and hopefully for us next year.

He absolutely will be back next year, but it is smart to allow yourself to go through the process, see where you stand, and know what you need to improve for next season. Also, potentially gives you contact and face-time with the scouts that will ultimately be deciding your fate next season. Hopefully, he will make a good impression.

I saw him on campus earlier today. He's got a boot on one of his feet. I think that injury that was bothering him the last month or two of the season is still healing.

This will not only give him some great feedback on his game but it also will give him a bit of exposure and get his name out there by getting evaluated.  I don't know how well his game transfers to the NBA but he could carve out a nice career for himself overseas if he wants to and this certainly helps.  After next season of course.

He needs a year to work on his free-throws... We're going to be really good next season
