Don't be a lazy Debbie Downer...do your research. 247 broke the story and said we were hot in the mix for his services. Said he could thrive in new system as rb and slot.

Broke the story = was the first to report

Do your research? You are the one that posted this, so why not just link the article in your first post like everyone else does when they come across something like this... You should have just posted this on the recruits and prospects thread without a concrete announcement.

You are special. The headline said Charlie was active in transfer portal. Not we we definitely get Taj Griffin.

Heard this kid will graduate this semester which would make that a moot point.

Unless its cleared up with the 247 article that I cant read, as of a month ago, there are some eligibility questions concerning the new redshirt rule.

There are some eligibility questions that must be answered when it comes to Griffin's status, however. In Griffin's case, he may not have any more eligibility should he choose to transfer to any FBS school, including Nebraska, due to the complexity of the new redshirt rule, according to this CBSSports.com article. This is obviously something that Griffin, as well as Nebraska, would want clarification on before making any plans.

Man, I understand regulating undergrad transfers, but grad transfers should be able to go whever they want, no questions asked,

Why post this when nothing has been announced of where he is going? Might as well make a post for every player that has announced they entered the transfer portal....

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
