Yeah, I don’t see us as a very good fit for a RB who’s transferring from his old school over not getting enough carries.

The better question here is if he comes to USF, will Joey, MF and Matt Baker refer to him ad-nauseam as “former Oregon RB Taj Griffin”?

Or, is that honor only reserved for transfers from in-state schools?

Stealing carries from Cronk is a tough proposition so I would be surprised if he came here. I'm all for it if he wants to come in since he's talented and a different kind of back than anyone else on the roster. A guy with his skill set could be very productive in this offense even as a secondary option. Just have to make sure he's 100% ok with that role...

From what I read, he left Oregon because he wants to be the guy for his last season.

Is he a grad transfer? If not he has 2 sit a year and come in after Cronk

Doubtful that’s the outlook of a kid transferring out over playing time and a kid we have who transferred in over playing time.
