It must be nice to come into a job where just having a play book is seen as an achievement, it sounds like a pretty basic expectation for any coach sans our recently departed one.

The interesting part to me, is that he has a video playbook.  I don't know if this is common or not, but it's got to help visualize your assignments vs. just line on paper.

That and the daily pamphlets about what was installed that day are what grabbed my attention.   Both are great forward thinking ideas
