The QBs gotta unlearn Gilbert's cutting off half the field BS before the ball is snapped.  They will actually have the freedom to go through the progressions which may end up being a pretty harsh curve but it's the right thing to do IMO.  Totally on board for a real offense finally.

My one concern is this team is going quickly from minimal/no playbook to relatively complex playbook.....will they be thinking too much on the instead of reacting?

Im excited overall of the prospects.  But first year system has a learning curve.

There will definitely be growing pains but there always are when you change systems especially between two systems that are so fundamentally different.  The good news is Kerwin is giving everyone all the tools they need to learn and master the new offense.   If a player "doesn't get" the new offense there are no excuses as CKB has given them the material is several different mediums.  

This is actually EXTREMELY smart by CKB to use the different methods of delivering the same info to the team. Not everyone learns the same way but he's given every learning style a chance to digest this new offense in the way that is best for them.  Really smart and forward thinking stuff.
