Dave, could you clear your cache on your device and then go to that page again?

After I cleared my cache yesterday, I have been unable to get an error.  

The template changed, I'm afraid some browsers may still have it in the cache.

Dave, hold off for now anyway.  I don't think it is a cache issue.  Please, if you come across it anymore, post it here like you did so that I can see where it is happening.  I am sorry for the inconvenience, but trying to get this bug crushed.
