This season under CBG USF won a school record total of 24 games, including 8 conference games. In three seasons under Orlando Antigua USF won a total of 23 games, including just 7 conference wins. Just let that sink in....

Yep, some of us knew that from day 1.

It sunk it real time.  The Antigua era was the closest I ever came to seeking another college degree in hopes of leaving USF behind.  :)

That was a debacle.  Complete ineptness by many.

So happy to see a program with a plan and competence.

CBG has done an amazing job taking a program that was DOA and giving it life and pieces that he can build around for the future. I hope he continues this trajectory and gets us in the mix for bigger post season tourneys next year. I truly believe he will get us there. Every move he makes is with a purpose of building for the future. I just hope we can hang onto him for a while because he's a great coach

Coach Bull Dozer,

I mentioned it more verbosely in another thread, but the amount of in-season individual improvement showed me CBG and his staff are for real.  What are your thoughts?

I agree!

This team as a whole grew and improved so much from December until now. Collins, Yetna, and Durr especially. That's why I have so much enthusiasm for next season. There's no doubt this team will be significantly better when December rolls around. CBG is a heckuva teacher!

That's an unfair comparison.

Just like it's rude to compare his reign to a dumpster fire.

The search was a debacle. The result was a debacle. Not vetting Masiello's degree until after the announcement was a debacle. Talk about fruit from the poison tree. We should sue the search company.

That's insulting to dumpster fires. Dumpster fires atleast provide warmth! COA gave us nothing of value.
