I hate to say it but in basketball the P6 conference is the Big East.

Actually, they're more like #5 and the AAC and Pac-12 are fighting for that 6 spot.

Sagarin has them at #3. We're at #7 ...

I prefer the composite. Gives you a lot more to look at than 1 model. NET and RPI have us 5, 6, 7.

In NET the Big East is #5 slightly ahead of #6 AAC. Then there is a sizeable gap to the Pac-12 at #7. PAC-12 may be a 1 bid league.

I believe we will get in.  However, I know nothing about MBB.

Beat UCONN and beat UCF gets you on the NIT bubble. At that point, might as well win the whole **** thing and make it to the Big Dance. Stranger things have happened in March, and I wouldn't be all that surprised to see this particular team do it given their style of play. But, with Rideau hurt, this is all just a pipe dream.

Actually if we beat UCONN, I believe we get Houston.

I'd like to be more positive about our chances in this tournament, but I'm not feeling it after the last stretch of games and with Rideau hurt.  True, stranger things have happened, but I'm really just hoping for one win to get to the 20 win mark.  The would be a very nice accomplishment.

Any URL with "massey" in it I immediately classify as fake news ...

Oops. My brain still hasn't processed the SMU loss.
