It's unbelievable what the men's bball staff has done in two short years. That program was not a sleeping giant but a drunk hobo completely lights out! Two years later and look at it now. I just spent a lot of time looking at the roster and everybody involved: I'm quite impressed. An NIT selection would be a nice reward for them.

:applause:

Agreed until 1997 but thats only because we had no football.  This is still Florida.  Football will always rule.

He didn't say men's or women's. Without a doubt, our best program has been WBB. 3 top 25 finishes is 2 more than football and 3 more than MBB. I'd have to do a little digging, but I'm pretty sure that beats every other program.

Next year's expectations will be monumental and there will be people calling for CBG's termination.

Anybody to call for his termination is utter ridiculousness (no matter how the season turns out).  But that fits some of our fans I suppose.

I love both college football and college basketball (football slightly ahead).  I would think most of our fanbase, however would say football far and away runs away with the top spot.

A reasonable expectation for next year would be an NIT invite. Even without that there is a 0% chance Gregory should fired. He was given a 5 year contract for a reason.

I don't think this will even be a topic for discussion.  Barring injuries (always a big IF) we are set up for a solid basketball season next year, based on the experience coming back and the talented newcomers.  I agree that anything less than an NIT invite would be a disappointment next year.  CBG is set up just fine for success.

Our BBall history is so sad.

And shame on you, Sheriff, for wanting to fight one of our best BBall coaches in the Sun Dome parking lot! :o:roflmao:
