More post-season?

Evidently, there is a WBI, similar to the CBI but run by different entities. And, is seems, no $50k entry fee, although omission does not infer negation. At any rate, its for women and....this is my take on that tourney at this exact moment in time. If the below stands, USF will have a home quarterfinal game and even a chance at a home semi final..

Checking the history of this tournament, a major conference team hasn't played in this tournament since Minnesota won it all in 2012. There have been few if any mid-majors to play in this tournament in recent years as well. This looks like a tournament that is geared to low-majors who have been left out of the mix. Although I wouldn't mind this young team getting more experience, I don't know that our accepting to play would be a given even if we were invited.

I thought the requirement for WBI is that the school has to be from non power programs...
