Ford moving to slot to get both on the field, wouldn't surprise me....make sure we get Horne on their too.

This doesn't surprise me at all.....  Norris was always a puzzling signing to me and just didn't look like a FBS RB on film.  Just a big athlete that was able to physically overwhelm the kids he was playing.   There was very little suddenness to his game and even with his size he wasn't violent enough of a runner to convince he could be an effective power back at this level.  He always looked like a kid that could maybe be a true FB, which is puzzling to me because Gilbert's offense didn't have that position...

Moving your best RB to receiver seems like a very USF thing to do...

My guess is he's going to be used in a Percy Harvin type fashion.  We'll line him up in the slot, RB, and even out wide at times.   I bet he moves back to RB for the fall and the move is just for the spring so he can immersed in playing WR and it's intricacies.  Bell's offense requires precise routes and you need to work hard every day to develop that if you have never played out wide at this level.  You can't teach what Ford does with the ball in his hands but you have to teach him how to get open and run routes at the correct depth.
