They aren't allowed to mention what the illness/injury is. Privacy/HIPAA thing.  They can say that a player is injured and won't be playing.

It has been a crazy year for this team with injuries. Hopefully they all can heal and return for next year the rest of this year will be very tough

Are you sure that Laura is out because of injury rather than an illness?
