I love this offense. It's diverse and emphasizes getting guys in space, doesn't need a beastly line, and works best with a true dual threat guy at QB.  This fits perfectly with FL athletes

Absolutely. This without a doubt would work here. I'll definitely take this over Kerwin's offense. I agree that a dual threat QB would be best, but I think BB can function just fine in an offense like this. Hiring Gleeson would change the way I see CCS and the 2019 season, but I suspect he might be a little too cutting-edge for Charlie. I'm feeling like he is a long-shot.

That crossed my mind too, but his Offense could be an easy sell to local recruits, plus you still have King and Strong recruiting as well. I'd be willing to take my chances on him.

My American History teacher in 1979 or 80 (when they still taught it) called us "The Harvard on the Hillsborough".

Honestly, I like both candidates and think either one would be a vast improvement over what we have. But the GCO gives me the warm fuzzies.

He makes Gilbert look like a Midget in more ways than one. I've been watching videos of that offense since this thread was started, and this is exactly the type of Offense I've been wanting us to bring here. This will get the receivers in space, and open things up for Cronkrite and Ford, both of whom I thought would have been great in the GCO. Just the thought of us running this offense has me optimistic about 2019.
