Diaz just fired the whole offensive staff. I think Charlie should go after Searles and Brown. Dugans did work for Charlie at Louisville and not sure what happened.

Miami's offense was a dumpster fire this season.  I don't want anyone affiliated with that offense anywhere near our OC position.

I'll take Ron Dugans back, but nobody else. UM offense was just as bad as ours. Move King to QB coach and Dugans to running backs.

It seems as if Miami and UF has just have bad quarterbacks the past decade. Or maybe bad QB management. I cant remember the last time either school had a decent QB.
