Both facilities are in need. One has a perceived impact to recruiting and practicing, one has a perceived impact on attendance and game day experience. Would the attendance and gameday experience (growth of program) perhaps make the IPF more readily attainable? I guess from a "strategic" perspective, it seems to me we need to go all in on the OCS first. Re-establish the pulse, then worry about higher end player/coach/practice accommodations. An IPF won't do a thing to reverse the trend in apathy whereas an OCS has the potential to.

That seems contrary to the fundraising rules of the past. You don't want a Publix for example rushing to get a name on an IPF instead of an OCS. It won't move the needle much on the IPF but would be a drop in the bucket for an OCS. I say small things first.

Seriously those who want an IPF or an OCS are they putting their $$ where their mouth is? As I watched the Fiesta Bow today I seriously thought “how few seats we would sell to that game”. The excuses would abound. It’s really simple if everyone who says they want USF to succeed: 1) Bought tickets 2) Went to the Bowl Game 3) Joined the Bulls Club We would explode!
