If Bell comes here and the O looks good, but, team isn't winning, I could see Bell being promoted to HC after CCS is dismissed. Budget option for sure.

Bucs fire Koetter on 12/31 and it took them about 8 or 9 days to hire a coach.  Gilbert leaves on 12/5 and here we are on 1/8/19 and no OC.

Strong wasn’t kidding when he said he wanted to slow down the offense...

I don't know if this is a clever way to keep interest in the program in the off season or kill interest.
