Why is OC hiring taking so long?

The phrase "big changes" is very subjective. We still haven't heard about the film interns and the guys holding the first down chains. 

That is what we are all waiting to hear about.

Dead period ends tomorrow and the contact period starts Friday. If we don't have an OC by then we'll be at a big recruiting disadvantage. Chuck isn't going to let that happen.

Not necessarily. He may have a completely different philosophy there after he was almost completely ran out of town by most of the USF fan base. He’s also not working with the same level of talent.

I sure hope not. If the dead period ends and we don't have a full staff in place that will be a huge blunder by both CCS and VPoA that will likely have some very bad consequences when it comes to recruiting. I'm hopeful that they both understand this.
