So does this mean Temple is looking for an experienced head coach with Florida recruiting ties and a winning record the past two years?

At this point they will probably just like to have a coach.

Seriously. The first wave of head coaching hires is already complete. They now have a more difficult search ahead of them for a quality replacement.

I hope the ink dried on that contract with Diaz and they have some buyout money coming their way.

I was just reading something where they said it is likely he signed the same "memorandum of understanding" MOU crap that we got tied up in looking at with CCS and the actual contract hasn't been officially hammered out. Would certainly screw over Temple pretty good and keep them from any buyout money.

Lordy...Temple fans going ballistic on the conference board. I wonder if this will hurt them going forward? The dude was not there long enough to really do anything. But the optics are pretty bad for their program.

There's no comparing UM to Temple.  I get that they are pissed, but it's hardly a surprise that a Miami guy would decide to take the HC job there over Temple.  Get over it and go find another HC.  I know one they can have
