What bothers me the most is the team got worse as the season progressed. In the 2nd year you can overlook the record if you see improvement as the season goes on but this year the team clearly regress

Well you are boring so we are going to need your name badge but don’t worry here is your salary not to coach us so we can embarrass ourselves time and again replacing you until we finally find someone from the same coaching tree to possibly bring hope of getting us back to where we fired you from.

I am way more vocal about CJL but this one is right up there on the WTF were we thinking scale.
