This is actually more along the lines of what I was thinking. Tonight was flat out embarrassing, much like our past several games. We just never seem to be prepared. Hard to believe they watched film of Marshall's offense. Just seemed lost throughout. Couldn't tackle worth a ****. Next year will be a waste of a season.

2 biggest changes needed are a proven DC at DC and a proven, high powered OC. 

Clock is on Kelly now. Either pay now for great assistants or end up paying more next year on the buyout for Strong. 

Other teams have young players. That’s hogwash. Won’t matter who coordinators are when HC is the same!!
